Banff Airporter

A daily scheduled service operates 10 runs daily in both directions, departing approximately every two hours. In addition, a charter service is offered for conference or private groups, providing chauffeur driven luxury sedans, mini vans, tour vans, mini buses and 55 passenger coaches.

The Banff Airporter operates modern 10 passenger tour vans and 19 passenger mini-buses with internal luggage storage and overhead luggage racks, powered by more environmentally friendly natural gas instead of conventional fuels such as diesel and gasoline.

Rates
Fares for the scheduled service are:

• Adult: One Way $54 / Return $100 (inc. GST)
• Child: One Way $27 / Return $50 (inc. GST)

Child rates are for ages 12 years and under, 5 years and under travel free of charge.

Reservations
Walk-on customers can be accommodated on a first-come first-served basis, but reservations are advised. Reservations are required for the service from Banff to Calgary International Airport.

Reservations can be made online at the Banff Airporter website, by telephone, or at Discover Banff Tours or Nippon Travel in the Sundance Mall on Banff Avenue.

Airport desk
On arrival at Calgary International Airport, check in at the Banff Airporter Tour desk, Area C, Main Arrivals Level. There you will receive a copy of your travel itinerary, a welcome package complete with area maps and info, free luggage storage while you wait and also a Wi-Fi internet connection.
