The hotel's 70 rooms are spacious and comfortable, ranging from standard one and two-bed rooms, to suites with semi-private sleeping areas. All rooms have air conditioning and most feature balconies with views of either Cascade, Sulphur or Tunnel Mountain.

The highly-rated Ticino restaurant is located in the hotel, offering Swiss-Italian fine cuisine in an alpine-style setting and is well worth a visit. There is no hotel bar but there is a small lounge area in the lobby with comfortable seating around a river stone fireplace.
