Bumper's Inn, Banff

Bumper's Inn is situated at the end of the main strip of hotels leading out of Banff on Banff Avenue, in a quiet location set back one block from the main road.

Its location on Banff Avenue means a 15 - 20 minute walk into downtown Banff itself, but the Banff Public Transit bus also stops nearby and offers a cheap and easy way to get around town.

In summer, take advantage of the quiet surroundings to relax on the hotel's central courtyard deck or one of the second floor balconies.

Bumper's is conveniently located for the Inns of Banff Ski Shop for ski and snowboard rentals, and its location at the end of Banff Avenue has the advantage of being one of the first morning pick-ups on the ski shuttle bus service to the local ski areas and one of the first drop offs on the return shuttle in the afternoon.

While you're staying at Bumper's, check out the popular Bumper's The Beef House restaurant located next door, serving prime rib roasts of Alberta Beef in a variety of cuts, great steaks and an 'all you can eat salad bar ' that is included with every main meal. The Bump Bar loft lounge upstairs overlooks the dining room and has memorabilia and signboards from days gone by in Banff, and serves nightly drink specials along with selected items from the main restaurant's menu.

There is also a Domino's Pizza outlet inside the Husky Gas Station next door and a liquor store at the nearby Banff Voyager Inn.
