The upstairs dining area is arranged around a striking copper-domed fireplace, with understated decor punctuated by splashes of boldness in the form of glass and wrought iron light fixtures, etched glass booth dividers, and colourful Canadian artwork on the walls. The menu is a la carte, meaning that you can choose from a wide selection of side dishes to accompany your meal, all of which are priced individually.

Saltlik's menu features various cuts of the best aged Canadian AAA beef, served with a choice of delicious sauces or herb butters. There is also a wide selection of non-beef options that includes Rosemary Parmesan Crusted Halibut, Hardwood Grilled Chicken Breast, Scallop & Prawn Linguini, and various rancher salads.

Servers are attentive and knowledgeable, and will readily suggest suitable pairings of menu items with wines from their impressive wine list.

Saltlik's trendy ground floor lounge-cum-sports bar, the Lik Lounge, is a good place for a drink before or after dinner, and features live music on Thursday evenings and a DJ on Sunday nights. The bar is a popular hang-out for sports fans watching a game on the large flat-screen TVs over a beer or one of the Lik's signature martinis.
