The Meatball, BanffThe Meatball restaurant at the Banff Ptarmigan Inn on Banff Avenue opened in June 2009 in place of the former Caramaba! restaurant. Retaining the bright, modern ambiance of its predecessor, The Meatball offers Italian inspired dishes including salads, pasta, stone-hearth oven pizza, and a range of chicken, fish, steak and vegetarian entrees, all cooked in an open kitchen in full view of the diners. The menu features a suggested wine pairing for each dish from the restaurant's extensive wine selection. The restaurant is also open for breakfast, offering a buffet option or a la carte choices.
