Caramba! Restaurante, Banff

The dining room is bright and modern, with a lively atmosphere where chefs cook in full view of the diners in an open kitchen complete with rotisserie, flaming grill and forno pizza oven.

Caramba's menu is Mediterranean-inspired, with flavours of Italy, Spain and Greece, but also has some West Coast-influenced dishes. In addition to a good selection of salads and pasta dishes, you can try Herb-crusted Chicken, Lamb or Alberta Pork Loin from the rotisserie, or choose one of the excellent pizzas baked in the wood-fired oven.

Caramba is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
