Barpa Bill's Souvlaki, Banff

History
Barpa Bill's was opened by Bill and Andreas Chrisanthopoulos in 1997. The name came about when a family member suggested the idea of naming the restaurant 'Barpa', meaning 'uncle' in Greek. By combining Barpa with the name of the original owner, Bill, Barpa Bills was born.
