Evelyn's Too, BanffOpened in 1998 as a second location to the popular Evelyn's Coffee Bar (119 Banff Avenue), the slight detour to Evelyn's Too at the Wolf and Bear Mall on Bear Street (near the Lux Cinema) is worthwhile because it serves the same great coffee and baked goodies but without the big line ups in peak season. In addition to a range of gourmet coffees, Evelyn's Too offers a range of freshly baked muffins, pastries, pies, sandwiches and salads, and will also make advance ordered boxed lunches for those wanting to eat on the go. Evelyn's also has a third location, Evelyn's Again (403-760-2907) at 119 Banff Avenue. Hours
